Does Club Mahindra' special arrangement resorts have any value?

Club Mahindra' new special arrangement (Mac Boutique Suites) for its timeshaere member is available ~ 3000/- per day with additional benefits like 

1.  No need to pay additional 500 per day/per room what Club Mahindra charges extra in the name of special arrangement.
2.  Breakfast included 
3.  Much attractive cancellation policy (up to 2 days in advance)
