There are 51 consumer suits against Club Mahindra

In a country where people does not want to got to court or even consumer court, Club Mahindra have 51 consumer suits against it.

It is surely indication of consumer' plight, after spending Lakhs of rupee on the membership.

  1. Double standards By Club Mahindra.
    1)for cleints- they have to sign and pay up within the prensentation itself(ie. in 1-2hrs)
    But the clubmahindra takes 30 to 45days to refund the money on cancellation within the cooloff period.
    2) while the client is a prospect clubmahindra will call n-number of times but will not make any call or send email on acceptance of cancellation nor on the status of cancellation. the client has to keep sending email and make calls to find the status on thecancellation.
    IS THIS A FAIR DEAL?
    THE CLIENTS SHOULD BE CAUTIOUS.
    DOES AIRDA CAN'T STOP THIS DICTATORSHIP OF TIMESHARE- CLUBMAHINDRA?

    Thanks for your comments.

    It is very sad reading on different feedback/complain sites that it takes lot of mail/phone/escalation before people get their money back. I hope CM management is reading those complains and will improve their responsiveness to such people.

    Why not you raise these issues to AIRDA?

  3. Hi, i have been facing a similar problem, Having paid 1,25000+8000/-, now i am not able to get a refund/cancel my membership. Has anyone been able to get a refund, despite a case? Is there way to get in touch with those people to take advice?
    I have posted my problem on conumerforum.in. If there is any other place i should discuss this, kindly suggest.

  4. You should escalate your problem to up higher CM officials if it works out good! Otherwise you should try to resale your membership or go to grievance redressal with different govt authorities.

  5. Akosha (http://www.akosha.com/) is a excellent website/service if you want to file a consumer complaint. I guess all members need to unite to stop the idiotic practices of CM.

    1. I m planning to file a consumer complaint against club mahindra any one wants to join? as per the suggestion many people should come forward its a 5 minute task and its only 100 once consumer court gets complaints 10 to 15 chances are high we'll get back the money

  11. I cancelled my club mahindra membership within 10 days and continuously begging to get my money refunded. It has been already more than 90 days but they are not refunding my money. Could anyone help me please.
